Certification Terms and Conditions
- The Validation Process
“Assessment Integrity Review” All assessment submissions are subject to a mandatory human and/or automated validation period (the “Review Period”). Certification is not officially granted until this review is complete. CareerBoosts reserves the right to withhold results for up to 5 business days to ensure compliance with our testing standards.
- Grounds for Invalidation
“Non-Compliance and Misconduct” CareerBoosts may invalidate any assessment score and/or revoke any issued certificate if a violation is detected, including but not limited to:
- Identity Fraud: Using a proxy tester or providing false identification.
- Unauthorized Materials: Use of external notes, unapproved software, or AI-assistance during the assessment.
- Plagiarism: Submitting work or responses that are not the original work of the candidate.
- Recording/Distribution: Attempting to record, capture, or distribute assessment content to others.
- Right to Deny/Revoke
“Discretionary Power” CareerBoosts reserves the sole right to determine what constitutes a breach of integrity. If a breach is confirmed, CareerBoosts may, at its discretion:
- Void the assessment results without a refund.
- Ban the user from future certification attempts.
- Suspend the user’s access to the CareerBoosts platform.
- The Appeals Process
“Appeal Rights” Candidates flagged for non-compliance have the right to appeal the decision within 5 business days of the notification. Appeals must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The decision of the Compliance Committee following an appeal is final and binding.
- Public Verification Disclaimer
“Public Registry” By completing the assessment, the user acknowledges that passing results will be added to a public-facing verification page. In the event a certificate is revoked due to non-compliance, CareerBoosts will remove the public verification page immediately.
